Guy Lassausaie 

Born in 1961
1983      Started working at the restaurant where his great-grandfather opened in 1906.
1993      Received the MOF award (French Excellence Craftsman Award). Has the expertise of the culinary art from the experience in countries including Japan, Chile, Argentina, Korea, Thailand, Sweden, Iceland, Mexico, United States, and Canada.
1993     He has been the chairman of Toque Blanche Committee for 15 years and has been committed to the growth of the culinary culture in Lyon.
March 2009, has received the award of 2 stars from Michelin guide.

Etienne Barrier Born in 1985 Has had the experience working at a starred restaurant in Paris and worked as a section chief at Le Meurice, a 3 starred restaurant. After working as a chef at Le Raphael, a 5 starred hotel in Paris, he went to work with Guy Lassausaie. October 2015, he became the chef at Le Pont De Ciel.
