With “tradition and evolution” in our minds, we will pursue making new savory menus hands in hand with “Guy Lassausaie” pleasing everyone.
Mr. Guy Lassausaie has been creating and developing a variety of menus from taking the essence of cooking from the experience in countries including Japan, Chile, Argentina, Korea, Thailand, Sweden, Iceland, Mexico, United States, and Canada.
He is recognized as a well-known chef with the spirit of authenticity which has been handed down for generations.

it’s massive stone and majestic façade heightens your anticipation.
 
The classically modern designed room has a curved wall made up of piled limestone blocks where the LED lights
